Troubled Projects Specific Interest Group

MISSION

The Troubled Project Specific Interest Group (TPSIG) was chartered in March 2001 by PMI members interested in forming a community to build a body of knowledge related to the management of troubled projects. The TPSIG web site is the focal point for TPSIG member participation. The online community draws upon the collective experiences of our membership to address opportunities and challenges important to them as they continue to build their knowledge, experience, and careers.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Develop a common body of knowledge relative to troubled projects identification, prevention and recovery.
  2. Provide a forum for the preparation and/or presentation of papers and topics for troubled project.
  3. Provide a troubled projects support and collaboration network.
  4. Advance troubled projects subject matter expertise within the project management profession.
